Actually, the band wasn't on the top ten of my favorite bands list. However, every time when mentioned the music I like, the band would at once popped in my mind. Why? It is because that the song must be seen as my damn-kid time memory and the catalyst that made me started to enjoy the "kind of noisy" songs.
In the beginning, I heard the song, <Welcome to my life> , which totally surprising me. With rebellion and young energy, the song deadly caught my taste, especially when I was still a teen.
The song was from their second album, <Still Not Getting Any> 2005, which pushed them to the top. Besides, the album provoked a trend of the bands. Without a doubt, the band must became the head of the trend and the hottest in the field.
Nevertheless, in 08, the trend suddenly cool down. It was this year that the band welcomed the transformation, from young and vigorous to mature and dark. Here come the album, <Simple Plan>. My favorite <Your Love Is A Lie> was from this period.
Three years later, in 2011, the band again released the album, <Get Your Heart On>. Honestly, they are going perfect. What's pity, it was me who has grown up and no longer a damn kid, crazily loving the rebellion.

ha ha ha I can hardly remember which song intrigued my taste of noisy sound.

回覆刪除But I really get the feeling that their songs are definitely for adolescent with the rebellion and the power! And they're not really my type, either. Maybe we are both too old for this. LOL
